PlayByTheLaw is a website administered by Osterhout & McKinney, PA, a Florida law firm serving SouthWest Florida. Many of the Instructors are Certified Elder Law attorneys and are specialists in the many forms of Adovcating and Fiduciary services like guardianship, trusts, powers of attorney and medical decision making.

Our History
Osterhout & McKinney, PA has been serving clients in Southwest Florida for over 25 years, specializing in Elder Law. Elder Law is more than providing legal documents, it is looking at the whole circumstance and giving directions on the many facets faced by elders and the disabled.
